BADGES
Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. For security
reasons all participants are requested
to wear their badge during all the Congress activities and social events.
BANKS
Banks are open between 09.30 and 15.00 on weekdays. Some banks in central
Göteborg are open between
09.00 and 17.00.

The official currency is Swedish Krona (SEK).
USD 1 = SEK 6,10 (May 2008).
EUR 1 = SEK 9,37 (May 2007).

of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, nor
loss of, or damage to, their luggage and/or personal belongings.
AIRPORT BUS
Leaves from the airport every 15 min. and takes approximately 20 min. to the
city centre, the fee is SEK 70.
AIRPORT TAXI
Costs approximately SEK 390. We recommend Taxi Göteborg, VIP Taxi or Taxi Kurir.
Ask for a fixed price.
MEALS
Coffee and lunches are included in the registration fee. Your name badge is your
ticket.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress is English (no translation facilities will
be provided).
ON SITE REGISTRATION IN GÖTEBORG
On site registration will start on June 4, 2009. The registration desk and
Congress secretariat are
located at the congress venue:
Chalmers Conference Centre , Sven Hultins gata 4,
and the secretariat
will be open during conference houers.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
The organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to
external or unforeseen circumstances.

SOCIAL EVENTS
Welcome reception June 4 at 18:30 -19:30, at the City Hall Börsen
Congress Dinner will take place June 5
All delegates and accompanying persons are invited to attend the Reception
hosted by the City of Göteborg and The Region on Västra Götaland. A light meal
will be served.
Free of charge but must be indicated upon registration to obtain a ticket.
